Community Solutions

Community Solutions (CS) of Fort Worth provides “wrap around” services for families referred by Fort Worth ISD schools who are experiencing mental health issues. The “wraparound” system of care brings together families, professionals and a variety of supportive individuals in the community to help restore health and stability to families. As every child and family is unique, wraparound plans are tailored to the individual and specific needs of the family. Santa Fe Adolescent Services is one of eight agencies who provide experienced and knowledgeable professionals to assist families in developing a team that will provide long-term support.

A “wrap around” team may include:

* Immediate and extended family members

* Neighbors

* Faith community

* Skilled professionals

* Coaches or teachers

* Anyone else the family considers helpful

When the community reaches out with compassion, it may help families treat their children more kindly and with respect. Oftentimes, wraparound plans are the families’ best chance for success.
